Abstract

We demonstrate an offset-free 1.6 GHz frequency comb in the MIR spectral region (3.0-3.5 microns) based on a mode-locked VECSEL laser. The MIR comb utilizes a SiN waveguide for spectral broadening and DFG in PPLN crystal for down-conversion.
