Abstract
This review of research argues that TPC researchers engaging with communities in design work can build repositories of their design research materials as sites of collaboration and shared authority with the communities we engage. I bring together threads within TPC and from critical archival studies and community-led applications of generative AI, highlighting the possibilities and pitfalls for TPC researchers aiming to cultivate collaborative repositories of research that honor communities’ insights and ownership of their data.
