Abstract

How healthy is the research teaching at your school? This article presents survey results that offer detailed information regarding the status of research teaching at schools of nursing throughout the United States. The data provide a basis for individual program evaluations as well as for assessment of the overall development of nursing research. This is the first in a series of three articles that focus on the teaching of nursing research.
