title = "Switching Windows Computation in Presence of Crosstalk Noise",
abstract = "Proper modeling of the Static Timing Analysis (STA) switching windows leads to a better estimate of the crosstalk noise that introduces delay variation on the victim signal. The present paper proposes a new continous switching model that addresses the key issues of convergence, accuracy, and efficiency. The model not only surpasses the accuracy of the traditional discrete model but also integrates with a Dependent Graph based reordering technique allows non-iterative calculations for many practical cases.",
