Super-resolved laser ranging using the viterbi algorithm

Abstract

We adapt two-dimensional Viterbi algorithm for use with a ladar imager. We exploit line-of-sight and smoothness constraints to reduce complexity and extract axial object details much smaller than the temporal response time of the system.
