Abstract

In this presentation, we examine board-to-board two-way communications with holographic optical elements. For this application, substrate-mode holograms with a high efficiency (>90%) and broad angular bandwidth (Pull Width at Half Maximum > 8°) are fabricated. The experimental results for two-way communications between two circuit boards with these elements are given.
