Abstract
A rare kaon decay KL→π0e+e - that was searched at the Fermilab was discussed. It was observed that the measurements of its branching ratio could support the standard model or indicate the existence of new physics. Two parallel KL beams was created that entered a 65 m long vacuum tank that defined the fiducial volume for accepted delays. To study detector geometry and performance, a detailed package of Monte Carlo simulation routines was used.
