Abstract
The decay KL→π0e+e- is interesting for the study of CP violation. In particular, the measurement of the branching ratio of this decay can be used to search for new physics. The existing experimental branching ratio limit is 4.3 × 10-9 at the 90% confidence level. An improved limit is established based on data taken by KTeV in 1997.
