Abstract

Notable challenges in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) efforts motivate the need for a new STEAM program which is rooted in Learner-Centered Education (LCE). In this paper, a unique program entitled, the Revoluationary Aeronautics Program is unveiled. Primary data compiled from student performances during the development stages of this program has assisted program developers to enable new methods of teaching and recording student learning outcomes.
