Quantum-inspired optical super-resolution adaptive imaging

Abstract

We present an adaptive imaging scheme, inspired by quantum estimation theory, to estimate the number, brightness and locations of point sources in a constellation. Our simulation results demonstrate that the adaptive scheme outperforms traditional imaging.
