Pulse dynamics in optical fibers with random dispersion

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

We consider pulse propagation in an optical fiber link with/without dispersion management in the presence of random variation of chromatic dispersion. We propose a technique to stabilize pulse deterioration due to this dispersion randomness.
