Affiliation [4] incorrectly read ‘Department of Geosciences, University of Arizona, Tucson, USA’. Affiliation [5] incorrectly read ‘Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, University of Houston, Texas, USA’. Affiliation [6] incorrectly read ‘Present address: Department of Geological Science and Engineering, University of Nevada, Reno, USA’. The original version of this Article also contained an error in Fig. 8d, in which the label ‘δ98/95 Mo (‰)’ was missing from the y-axis. These errors have now been corrected in both the PDF and HTML versions of the Article.
