Abstract
The fluorescent antibody method was employed for the identification of HL A antibodies on the surface of human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Identification of weakly reactive or noncomplement fixing HL A antibodies may augment present methods for the detection of pre existing humoral sensitization to donor alloantigens in potential transplant recipients.
