title = "Photolithographic patterning of multiproteins on a single chip using low-meltingpoint agarose as a protection layer",
abstract = "This paper presents a novel technology, based on low-melting-point (L.M.P.) agarose as a protection layer and oxygen plasma etching, for photolithographic patterning of two different proteins on a single chip. Following the patterning of the first protein layer, the second protein layer is immobilized on the un-protected regions. Both protein layers are shown to be active at the end of the fabrication process.",
