N2 - We have demonstrated a passively mode-locked erbium-doped fiber laser using colloidal PbS quantum dots (QDs) thin film as saturable absorbers (SAs). As the pump power up to 34.1 mW, we can observe the mode-locked pulse with the duration of2.86 ns.
