Abstract
Multiple use values are described for the encinal oak woodlands of the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. Yields of wood and forage are reported, along with information on wildlife values and other multiple use opportunities. Research needs to better recognize and manage these multiple use values are outlined. -Authors
