N2 - Internet of Things (IoT) allows a lot of everyday devices to connect to the Internet, including home appliance, ambient device, vehicles, sensors, and etc. In this study, we assume that there are several sponsoring organizations working toward distinct goals. On co-located networks, applications may need set of things from other networks to increase their utility. Therefore it is needed to establish a cooperation mechanism such that applications have enough incentives to participate in the mechanism. In this paper, we aim to examine the possibility of forming a cooperation between an application and things belong to other sponsors. We propose a mechanism for sharing resources in heterogeneous environments with different type of devices. This mechanism composed of two main algorithms. In the first one, each sponsor determines a value for all its things. In the second algorithm applications that need other sponsors' resources, select an optimal subset of things and make bid to ask their cooperation. We consider a financial exchange between sponsors and show that without any contract, there is no incentive for cooperation. We also prove that no sponsor ever loses by participating in the proposed mechanism.
