N2 - Multiphoton microscopy is used to characterize the crystal orientations and grain boundaries of chemical vapor deposited monolayer molybdenum disulphide flakes. Third-harmonic generation is shown to be sensitive for grain boundaries regardless of the crystal mis-orientations.
