Abstract
The relative abundances of radioactive nuclides can be used to determine the time scale for nucleosynthesis of those nuclides and, by extension, of many other nuclides in the solar system. Such time scales can also yield estimates for the age of the universe, and information about the time scale for protosolar collapse. -Authors
