Nonlinear Spectroscopy of Valley Excitons in 2D Semiconductors and Heterostructures

Abstract

We investigate the resonant nonlinear optical response of excitons in monolayer MoSe2, where we observe narrow population pulsation resonances. We investigate interlayer excitons in MoSe2-WSe2 heterostructures, where we report long-lived valley polarization and spatial expansion.
