Nonlinear behavior of metallic antennae resonantly coupled to a quantum well

Abstract

We fabricate arrays of silver nano-antennae in close proximity to a semiconductor quantum well. Using differential transmission measurements we observe the nonlinear coupling of these two systems and compare to theory.
