Abstract

Nondestructive evaluation has an increased industrial interest especially in the plastic industry. One of the challenging tasks is the detection of delaminations in plastic weld joints. We present a technique to find a delamination employing contact-free, nondestructive terahertz time-domain spectroscopy and a smart algorithm employing a cascaded fourier transform.
