Negative pressure effects in high-pressure oxygen-intercalated C60

Abstract

We have observed unexpected and as yet unexplained negative pressure effects in high-oxygen-pressure-treated C60 in which the orientational ordering temperature is greatly depressed. Such effects are not observed in identical studies with nitrogen.
