Abstract
A naturally occurring antibody reactive with membranal antigen(s) of human thymocytes has been identified by indirect immunofluorescence (IF) in normal rabbit serum and in preparations of rabbit anti human thymocyte globulin. The presence of such an antibody would appear to be of considerable practical significance to those investigators employing IF as a criterion for evaluating the potential in vivo immunosuppressive potency of antilymphocyte serum.
