Multiplexed fluorescence lifetime microscopy by frequency-sweeping Fourier spectroscopy

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

We have developed a multiplexed fluorescence lifetime confocal scanning microscopy method based on frequency sweeping Fourier fluorescence lifetime spectroscopy. It simultaneously obtains nanosecond fluorescence lifetime images at multiple excitation wavelengths.
