Multi-color in vivo fluorescence lifetime tomography

Abstract

We present an in vivo multi-color fluorescence lifetime imaging method based on scanning laser optical tomography and Fourier fluorescence lifetime excitation-emission matrix spectroscopy. The system was tested with live transgenic zebrafish embryo.
