Monolithically integrated semiconductor components for coarse wavelength division multiplexing

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

This paper describes broadband, InP-based arrayed waveguide gratings that are temperature and polarization insensitive. The paper also describes ion-induced intermixing in GaAsSb quantum wells and applications for monolithic integration of active and passive semiconductor components.
