Abstract
The authors found evidence of mitomycin-associated lung disease in six patients over an 18-month period. Clinical, radiographic, and pathologic features were consistent with drug-induced injury. Our recent experience leads us to believe that mitomycin-associated lung disease may be more common than the 13 previously reported cases would suggest.
