Minimum Phase Considerations in the Analysis of Sinusoidal Work

A rational transfer function has the property that, given the amplitude response to a sinusoidal input, a unique minimum phase response exists. The property can be used to check to see if a rational transfer function is an appropriate model. This concept was applied to recently published sinusoidal O2 consumption data.
