Abstract
The branching ratios and assymetry of the weak radiative hyperon decay are analyzed. The distinguishing characteristics between the signal and normalization decay modes are found in the invariant masses between pairs of the final state particles. The two largest systematic effects on the calculation of the branching ratio are background and acceptance uncertainties.
