This paper describes a conceptual framework referred to as the Integrated Resource Assessment and Simulation System (IRASS) for linking GIS resource modelling techniques (grid based map, wireframe and surfaced perspective simulations) with realistic video imagery to decisions in the landscape. -from Authors
