Abstract

Recent work in silicon (Si) branched nanowire (BNW) structures show the promise of enhanced light trapping for photovoltaic (PV) solar cells. Through three-dimensional full wave electromagnetic simulation, we explore how BNW structures can be optimized. Renewable Energy and the Environment Congress.
