Abstract
We have made an in-flight determination of the radiometric calibration of the ALI and Hyperion sensors on the EO-1 satellite. Ground and atmospheric measurements were made coincident with satellite images of high reflectance ground targets in both the southwestern United States and Argentina. Calibration coefficients derived from the in-flight experiments are compared to preflight values. We have also made preliminary comparisons of the spatial performance of ALI as compared to ETM+ on Landsat 7. Preliminary results are presented.
