Imaging patient derived breast cancer xenografts in an orthotopic mammary window chamber model

Abstract

We demonstrate for the first time optical and magnetic resonance imaging of breast cancer patient derived xenografts in an orthotopic mammary window chamber model. In vivo imaging of oxygen saturation, apparent diffusion coefficient and blood perfusion were performed.
