Hyper-NA(NA = 2.8)microscope using 1.55um fs source for multi-photon imaging

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contribution

Abstract

A new microscope is discussed, where scanning illumination consists of NA = 2.8 with a λ= 1.55μm fs fiber laser. Near-infrared 2P collection is imaged with NA = 1.2. Biological applications are considered. Optics in the Life Sciences Congress Technical Digest
