Abstract
We have developed a simple, precise and sensitive high performance liquid chromatographic method for a new anticancer drug, ADCA, in biological samples. The assay has an average recovery of 80 ± 1.6% at physiological concentrations, a precision of <4% and a detection limit of 35 ng/ml plasma. Using this method, ADCA was found to be stable in water, saline, 5% dextrose, and plasma for at least 24 hours at 25°C.
