Abstract
Lynne A. Oland, Ph.D., is an Assistant Research Scientist at the Arizona Research Laboratories, Division of Neurobiology, University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona. She received her B.S. degree in Nursing in 1972, an M.S. degree in Nursing from The Catholic University of America in 1975, and her Ph.D. in Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985. NIH post-doctoral fellow, Georgetown University, 1985-86, and University of Arizona, 1987. Sigma Theta Tau, Society for Neuroscience, Association for Women in Science, AAAS. Neuronal-glial interactions in development, development of sensory systems, electron and confocal microscopy, physiology, tissue culture.
