Abstract

A group theoretical method is suggested for determining allowed type states of multielectronic polyatomic mixed valence systems. The classification of resolved terms of tetrameric tetrahedral mixed valence clusters dⁿ-dⁿ-dⁿ-dⁿ⁺¹ and dⁿ-dⁿ-d^{n + 1}-dⁿ⁺¹ is given.
