Abstract

Special properties of graphene conductivity from microwave to THz frequency range are the foundation of many promising applications proposed. Graphene surface conductivity characterizations at microwave and Terahertz (THz) frequencies are surveyed in this paper. Measured results using different methods and from different groups are compared with theoretical prediction. The possible reasons for the discrepancy between experimental data and theoretical results are also discussed.
