Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceeding › Conference contribution

Abstract

This paper explores the intersection of gender identities and Twitch live streaming. We conducted an observational study of ten popular gamers while playing three popular video games: Among Us, League of Legends, and Minecraft. We extracted information from these videos about the players and their behaviors with the aim of understanding gender-based differences in the behavior of the streamers.
