Fluorescence spectroscopy and SHG imaging of an in vitro collagen model

Abstract

An in vitro measurement chamber was developed to measure fluorescence and second harmonic generated (SHG) light in collagen. This system combined with modeled fluorescence variation allows for accurate assessment of physiologic based changes in collagen.
