Abstract

We developed a fiber based MPM that integrates an all-normal-dispersion femtosecond fiber laser, double cladding photonic crystal fiber, and a MEMS scanning probe. Second harmonic generation and two photon excited fluorescence images of biological samples were demonstrated.
