Abstract

DMRI-based tractography methods reconstruct neural pathways but often lack detailed microstructural information. This study compares fiber orientation distributions in the human brainstem obtained through Constrained Spherical Deconvolution tractography and Polarization Sensitive Optical Coherence Tomography.
