Abstract

The authors note that an earlier version of the wigglematch made prior to the completion of all of the 14C measurements reported in the SI Appendix was used and did not include all of the data that was eventually published. As a result, on page 8412, right column, line 5, “an 8-year range: 758 to 751 BC at 95.4% confidence level” should instead appear as “a 4-year range: 760 to 756 BC at 95.4% confidence level.” In the SI Appendix, Figs. S1 and S2 and their corresponding legends have been updated to increase the transparency of the authors’ process. The authors also note a typographical error on page 8414. In the left column, first paragraph, line 4, “1558 BC” should instead appear as “1548 BC.” These errors do not affect the conclusions of the article.
