Abstract
In Section 4.3 (Analysis), the last few lines of the proof of Claim 3 should be replaced with the following: Then, the area below the TDM line is given by (Formula Presetned). so the total area is (Formula Presetned). Then the ratio of the area above the TDM to the total area is (Formula Presetned). To prove that this ratio goes to zero with k, it suffices to show that the second term in the denominator goes to ∞. It can be shown that C∗2/|f( Ĉ3, Ĉ2)| simplifies to (Formula Presetned).
