Abstract
A 56-year old male with coronary artery disease was referred to our center for recurrent VT. A simultaneous epicardial and endocardial activation map exhibited a figure-of-eight pattern reentry using the deceleration zone as the isthmus on the epicardium and a centrifugal focal activation pattern on endocardium. VT was terminated by the first ablation on epicardium and any VT could not be induced after additional ablation in both surfaces.
