Efficient parametric cavity enhanced terahertz generation based on quasi-phase matched GaP bonded structures

Abstract

We demonstrate cavity enhanced parametric THz generation with power of 339μW and enhancement factor of ∼151 through quasi-phase-matched GaP pumped by 1.5um pulsed fiber lasers.
