Abstract

We report the effects of Zn substitution for Cu on the superconducting properties of the electron superconductor Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4-. Detailed comparisons are made to earlier work on Zn substitution effects on the single-CuO2-layer hole superconductor La1.85Sr0.15CuO4-. Theoretical implications are discussed briefly.
