Edge-illuminated cascaded gratings in PQ-doped PMMA for optical CDMA applications

Abstract

Cascaded gratings are holographically written in an inexepensive, versatile photopolymer and may be used for encoding/decoding in optical CDMA systems. Experimental results confirm the operation of the gratings as wavelength filters and time delay elements.
