Dynamics of a multi-color laser system based on filtered feedback

Abstract

A multi-color laser system consisting of a diode laser with strong and weak filtered feedback is studied using a broadband numerical simulator. Different dynamics are observed and described: a coherent four wave mixing regime and a multi-mode semi-coherent regime, both of which have been observed in experiments.
